We appreciate that your document and print management infrastructure is mission-critical to your business and that downtime is not acceptable; all of our products are supplied with comprehensive maintenance agreements which include toner, spare parts, labour, telephone support, on-site call-outs and training.

We employ manufacturer trained service technicians, who carry out on-site routine maintenance, as well as make preventative maintenance and repair calls and all of our engineers carry an extensive stock of spare parts and toner cartridges, enabling a very high first time fix rate.
